Brief Paperwork

To better understand your health history and current issues, we’ll need you to complete some paperwork. Please plan to come in about 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Download Forms HERE!

Consultation and Examination

Our first goal is to put you at ease! The doctor will meet with you to discuss your concerns and the issues which brought you to our office.  In order to determine what your actual problem is, the doctor will ask you various questions related to your condition and your health history. We will then perform a physical examination related to your complaints. These may include orthopedic, neurological and chiropractic tests, as well as general physical examination techniques. This will help us arrive at an accurate diagnosis.

X-Ray Studies

X-Rays provide important information in regards to spinal instabilites that are relative to your condition.  Our office is equiped with X-Ray.  Therefore, if the Doctors determine x-rays are necessary (based on your history and physical examination findings) they can be performed at our facility.

Treatment Recommendations

Once we have established a working diagnosis, we’ll discuss it with you, including your other treatment options.  If we think we can help you, we’ll tell you how, which may include spinal manipulations, physiotherapy, soft tissue techniques, exercises, or other conservative treatments.  If it looks like you’d be better served by a different kind of provider, we’ll tell you and help you find the right one.

We will provide you with appropriate initial treatment on your first visit.
